1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery times are typically 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Dual Camera Dash Cam is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, international postal services)
- Inclement weather conditions
- Customs processing delays for international shipments
- Public holidays or peak shipping seasons
We will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments can only be sent via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dualcameradashcam.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photographic evidence of damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
We comply with all international shipping regulations and restrictions. Therefore, we do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions, or other restricted territories.
